Phil Sheppard has broad experience developing simulation, optimisation and valuation models for electricity retailers, generators and traders. Phil has a Bachelor of Engineering and a post-graduate diploma in Operations Research. He enjoys leaving work early on Wednesdays for the summer criterium series at Kew Boulevard.

Richard King has many years experience designing, developing and testing complex software projects across a range of industries. He has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Information Technology. Richard has conquered many of the high passes in France on his bicycle as he follows the Tour de France.

Leanne Poole has extensive experience in software design, development and testing, including software for electricity markets, and is applying these skills to our consulting, system development and testing. She has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Leanne enjoys recreational cycling with her family on the weekend.

Tamlyn Rudolph has a great deal of experience in electricity markets including trading for hedge funds and retailers, analytics and commercial strategy. She has a Masters in Financial Mathematics. Tamlyn is a keen rider of the motorised form of bicycles.

Soon to be released from the shackles of university, Max Sorensen, our newest team member brings software and networking experience to the team. We're yet to clarify Max's interest in bicycles.

Joshua Weberruss is currently studying toward a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University. Joshua is involved in software development and network management. In his spare time, Joshua rides cyclo-cross tours with his mates.

Eric Sheppard is currently studying towards a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University and manages our accounts. Eric has recently returned from a season of racing bicycles in Italy, and currently rides for Search2Retain while finishing his degree.
